Summer Reflections-pastel was created for a softer version of my earlier piece simply titled Summer Reflections. It fits better with some of my other works at Pennacook Arts Gallery in the tech center located at 60 Lowell Street in Rumford, Maine. I love colors and every once in a while choose to explore the option of enhancing and painting some of my favorite photos I capture locally here in Maine USA, or in one of our neighboring New England States. While Maine Landscapes offer us a vast array of wonderful natural colors in all shades and hues, it doesn’t always cater to our timeframes for capturing them. Hence, our needs for fulfillment often only come in through our imaginative recreation of the display it does offer us.
